What we believe
The worker knows what happened, in their own words and their own language, standing in front of the thing that went wrong. The systems behind the work were built around fields, forms and menus, and the worker was expected to translate.
Why it matters
When the translation breaks, reports arrive late, thin or written from memory, and a supervisor ends up recording somebody else’s account. When a worker needs information, it sits in a system they can’t reach from the job.
Tandm sits between the worker and those systems. The worker reports what happened and asks for what they need, by voice or text. Tandm guides the exchange and moves the information to or from the systems the company already runs.
How we build
What we hold the product to.
Simplicity
The worker deals with the task, not the architecture behind it.
Accessibility
Voice or text, across languages, roles and literacy levels.
Useful guidance
Tandm helps the worker reach the right answer or complete account. It does more than collect words.
Reliability
Information is routed accurately, and a worker confirms a record before it is committed.
Trust and security
Tandm is clear about what it knows, what it does and where information comes from. It does not invent an account on a worker’s behalf.
The name
People, AI and the systems a company runs, working in tandem. Spoken Operations: one conversational layer between frontline teams and the systems their company already runs.
