How Tandm works
The worker talks and Tandm asks what’s missing while they’re still at the job. Your team gets a record it can act on.
01The exchange
The worker explains what happened, by voice or text. As they talk, Tandm fills in the fields the report needs and keeps count of what is still missing. Then it asks for those details, one at a time, while the worker is still at the job.
Where the form needs a classification, Tandm suggests one and the worker chooses. A field the worker hasn’t answered stays empty. Tandm doesn’t fill it with a guess.
Guided questions at the job. No form for the worker.
A forklift reversed out of aisle 4 and nearly hit someone walking past.
Was anyone hurt? And was the reversing alarm working?
Nobody hurt. The alarm works, but it’s loud in there.
The form asks for an event type. From what you’ve said, I’d suggest near miss. Use that, or choose another?
02The read-back
When the report is complete, Tandm reads it back. The worker hears or reads the whole account, corrects anything that is wrong, and confirms it. Nothing reaches your system until they do.
That is the record the worker puts their name to: their account, in their words, with the details the form needs.
Confirmed before committed.
“This is what I understood. Check it before I record it.”
03In the worker’s language
Workers speak or type in their own language, and Tandm answers in it. Nobody has to translate for a colleague so a report can be typed up.

Alguém escorregou? A área já foi isolada?
Il manque un garde-corps sur la passerelle.

04Crews and contractors
Not everyone on site has a company phone or an account. A crew can share a tablet or a kiosk on site. A contractor can scan a QR code and report without setting up an account, in their own language.

Hay un andamio sin barandilla en el lado norte.
¿Hay alguien trabajando en el andamio ahora?
05Pre-starts and inspections
Pre-start inspections and equipment logbooks, completed hands-free. Tandm takes each item in turn, records the answer and notes anything the operator flags, against the right piece of equipment.
Hands-free, item by item.
06Ask
Workers ask for a procedure, a work instruction or a page of an equipment manual in plain language. Tandm answers from your approved documents and shows which document and which revision the answer came from.

07What your team receives
The confirmed record arrives in your system with the detail the form asks for, and goes to the people who act on it through the workflows you already have there.
The worker explains what happened and answers Tandm’s follow-up questions, by voice or text.
Tandm reads the account back. The worker corrects it if needed and confirms it.
The structured record is written into the system you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing is replaced.
When a hazard needs a fix. A broken guard or a damaged step is a safety observation and a job for maintenance. See how one report reaches both.
For the observation somebody won’t put their name to.
An interrupted report saves as a draft, and the draft can go to a group to finish.
Recurring tasks for a person or a group, such as weekly inspections.
