Before a record is committed

Nothing reaches your system until the worker confirms it.

  1. Guided questions

    Tandm asks for the details the form needs while the worker is still at the job.

  2. Read-back

    Tandm reads the completed account back. The worker hears or reads it and corrects anything that is wrong.

  3. Confirmation

    The worker confirms the account. Until they do, nothing is written in their name.

  4. Written to your system

    The confirmed record goes into your system through its supported interfaces.
